Caleb got to spend last weekend with his Gran Jan and Pop Pop! I traveled to Dallas on Friday so I could help host a baby shower for my best friend on Saturday afternoon. Bryan was assigned to work nigh shift from Thursday thru Sunday, so luckily Gran Jan and Pop Pop were able to drive to Temple and take care of Caleb.
Caleb was very excited to see Pop Pop's car pull up in front of our house. Our next door neighbor has an identical Prius and Caleb often thinks that Pop Pop is parked next door. Gran Jan and Pop Pop brought Caleb a fun truck pop up book and a balloon for Valentine's Day. Of course he loved both items... but the balloon was the biggest hit!
Caleb did great while I was gone and had a fun time with his grandparents. I wish I had been here to take more pictures of the fun things they did! They played outside & inside, read books, made Valentine's sugar cookies and Caleb also painted a dish towel for me for Valentine's Day! It was really cute to see him proudly carry the gift bag and hand it to me on the morning of Valentine's Day.
Thank you for watching Caleb for us, Gran Jan and Pop Pop! Caleb is so blessed to have grandparents that he adores and who love to spend time with him.

We are so blessed to have Caleb as our grandson and truly enjoy having time with him, and his mom and dad.
