After dinner we took Caleb to the front yard to try out his new watering can that I got for 75 cents at Michaels. It was definitely 75 cents well spent because he had so much fun! He would yell out "OOOOOOHHHHH!" and run every time we suggested he water a different plant. I have a feeling that watering the plants will become part of our daily routine around here!

What a great activity for your little helper! He might also enjoy "painting" the fence with a paintbrush and a bucket of water.
