We had a wonderful Easter today! My parents, brother, niece and nephew stayed in town to celebrate Easter with us today. We opened Easter baskets, went to church, had Easter lunch together prepared by yours truly and had an Easter egg hunt too! Caleb skipped his morning nap (he's still taking two naps of about 1 hour each). He ended up just taking one long nap this afternoon and did great! I was really pleased to see how well he handled that since I am hoping to switch him to one nap a day in the afternoons so we can do play groups etc in the morning. He is getting to be such a big boy! :)

Caleb was excited about picking up his Easter eggs in the backyard! Bryan helped him walk to each egg and then Caleb would scream as he got to bend over and pick up the egg! It was pretty funny to watch.

Okay so you are a super-amazing mom that you pulled Easter AND your son's first birthday together in the same weekend! We were lucky to make it to church and Lainey never saw an egg or basket . . .oh well always next year! Love, j
