Trying to turn a push-toy into a ride-on toy
Just chillin', spinning some wheels while sporting a diaper and some sandals. His dinner outfit was coated in yogurt from a 'feed yourself using a spoon' experience.
Trying on his new backpack, which he calls a "bap pap"
Another view of the bap pap. Good thing it was empty. If I put anything weighty in there I'm pretty sure he'd fall over.
What Caleb did while I cooked dinner - roll around on the floor with "Roar", his lion lovey all while doing his best to play with his toy airplane.
And lastly, a few Caleb-isms from today so I don't forget them:
-We spent most of dinner trying to convince Caleb that God will not let the moon fall down. In his world, having something fall down is the ABSOLUTE WORST THING THAT COULD HAPPEN, so he likes to discuss all kinds of items falling: lamps, Jesus (any decorative cross), the moon, pictures on the wall, Mommy or Daddy, cars, trees... you get the idea.
-After saying bedtime prayers I was singing to Caleb and sang Jesus loves me. He did his best to sing along and kept requesting the song over and over again by saying "More Jesus Bible So"... picking out the lyrics of the song that say "JESUS loves me this I know, for the BIBLE tells me SO".
