Labor Day Weekend in Houston

Bryan had Friday and Saturday off so we headed to Houston for a quick visit with Gran Jan & Pop Pop!  We also got to spend time with Granny & Daddy Bob since they all live within 5 minutes of one another.  Aunt Michelle, Uncle Craig, Aunt Carolyn and Uncle Billy were all able to come over on Friday night for dinner along with cousin Chris.  It was great to see everyone and spend time together!   Caleb had a fantastic visit with all of his grandparents, and loved swimming several times a day in Gran Jan & Pop Pop's pool!  There were way too many pictures to post to the blog so I've made a Smilebox slideshow instead.  Enjoy!

Sporting His "Wears"

Caleb asked to put on his "wears" aka underwear the other day....

... unfortunately he peed in them not long after this precious photo was taken!

House Call from Dr. Daddy

On Friday morning Caleb fell down and told me he was hurt (which he wasn't) and said, "Daddy a doctuhh".  I told him he should let Daddy check to make sure he was ok, so Caleb went to his play room and got his Fisher Price doctor bag.  Daddy proceeded to give Caleb a full exam using the doctor kit.  Caleb gave himself many doses of medicine thru the toy syringe.  Luckily he made a quick recovery from his injuries!
